Taekwon-Do Kubz is an amazing programme for 4 to 6 year olds, inspiring great behaviour and teaching social interaction and so much more!
Taekwon-Do Kubz have fun learning how to perform the coolest Taekwon-Do moves as well as how to keep themselves safe in and out of the home. The programme combines safe and exciting Taekwon-Do skills with fun drills and games that promote positive behaviour. It emphasises the development of communication skills that reduces the child’s frustration, and increases their confidence and self-esteem.
Classes are held on Wednesdays during school terms, from 5:00 to 5:45 pm.
The Programme
TKD Kubz uses simple drills to teach the essential skills of:
- Child protection against adults, known and unknown.
- Dealing with aggressive children and bullying, verbal and non-verbal.
- Health and fitness – the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
